Tension Straightener :

The tension straightener is used to straighten the drawn copper bars to improve the straightness of finished copper bars. The tension needed when the copper bars are straightened is achieved through PLC, proportional relief valve, pressure sensor and drawing encoder and set according to the specification of copper bars to prevent the excessive extension of copper bars.
